Fieldwork & Fieldtrip Support
GCSE and A-level geography incorporates various fieldwork skills. These are often covered quickly in school as there is much other content to get through. If you want to spend more time going through specific fieldwork skills or write up methods, Hannah is able to help.

Hannah has a wealth of experience undertaking both human and physical geography fieldtrips to a range of locations in the UK and around the world. These include river and coastal sites, urban studies,
as well as online data collection using the Office for National Statistics, Census data and other subject specific websites.

If you have missed your fieldwork conducted during school or were too anxious to attend, Hannah can spend the time to support you collect the data and help explain how you can present it and interpret it to use in your exams.

Get Into The Outdoors
Do you want your students to learn in a more engaging, hands-on environment? Are you looking to supplement classroom lessons with real-world experiences? Hannah offers an exciting way for students of all ages to connect with nature while developing important life skills.
As an experienced outdoor education specialist, I provide a range of interactive learning opportunities tailored to your curriculum needs. From forest hikes to beach studies, students will be fully immersed in outdoor learning. Activities like scavenger hunts, nature journaling, and shelter building allow students to actively engage with concepts in science, maths, geography, and more. Students learn better when they can touch, feel, and experience lessons first-hand.
The benefits of learning outside the traditional classroom are immense. Outdoor education promotes creativity, problem-solving, and risk-taking as students tackle hands-on challenges. It also teaches resilience, perseverance, and teamwork. Spending time outdoors can lower stress and improve focus.
My programmes provide opportunities to unplug from technology and gain new perspectives. Students will gain an appreciation for nature, develop observational skills, and learn how to overcome obstacles. They'll return to the classroom with boosted enthusiasm for learning.
